Is this a replacement for a credit check?
No. VerAIfy complements traditional credit checks by analysing real cash-flow behaviour, which can be especially helpful when credit scores don’t tell the full story.
Will my credit score be affected?
No, VerAIfy does not perform a credit check - our reports are based on cash flow data only.
What data does the tenant need to provide?
Typically 3 months of recent transaction history from their bank account (CSV, Excel, or PDF download).
Do tenants share bank login details?
No. Tenants only upload transaction files. They never share banking passwords or account access.
Is this secure?
Yes. Files are uploaded securely and used only for affordability assessment. Raw data is deleted after processing.
How long does it take to receive a report?
During the pilot phase, reports are usually delivered within 48-72 hours after upload.
Who pays for the report?
During the pilot phase, reports are provided free of charge. Future pricing will include one-off reports and optional ongoing monitoring.
Why is cash flow important?
Rent is paid from monthly income and spending behaviour - not from a historical credit score. Cash flow shows real affordability in today’s conditions.
What happens when real-time alerts launch?
Landlords will be able to opt in to ongoing monitoring that flags significant changes in affordability - helping them act early before rent issues arise.
Can tenants request their data be deleted?
Yes. Tenants can request deletion of their uploaded data and reports at any time.
