(2) Tenants upload their information directly to VerAIfy using a secure link, so landlords and agents do not need to handle raw financial files themselves.

(3) We do not perform credit checks and using our services does not affect a tenant's credit score.

• Tenant financial information uploaded securely by the tenant

• Basic landlord and tenant contact details

• Property and rent information (if provided)

Q. How we use it?

We analyse transaction data to:

• assess income stability

• estimate rent pressure and monthly buffer

• understand regular financial commitments

• produce an affordability summary

 

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share uploaded financial information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Q. How long we keep data?

• Raw transaction files are deleted within a short period after the report is created

• Only summary insights and the final affordability report are retained for service and audit purposes

• Data is transmitted securely through Wix’s encrypted infrastructure

• Access is limited to VerAIfy for processing only
